What is Life Coaching?

The main purpose of a Life Coach is to help to facilitate transformation and assist in creating the life you are meant to live, while in a safe, supportive, non-judgemental space. Helping to build self-awareness, increase courage and self-confidence, so you can overcome obstacles and break through barriers, clearing the way for a new path and exciting possibilities.

How does Life Coaching work?

The role of a Life Coach is to help you clearly identify, articulate and achieve your goals in all areas of your life.  Assisting you in designing your pathway, to achieve your goals, which align with your core values, strengths and talents.

Why do I need a Life Coach?

You don’t, you can set goals and become successful without one – HOWEVER “Even if you are on the right track you will get run over if you just sit there” – Will Rogers

Working with a Life Coach is about accountability, not just setting goals but helping you keep on point.  A Coach can help you identify blocks, challenges and opportunities, and with your new-found awareness you might see your goals shift as you develop a deeper more meaningful relationship with yourself.

The Life Coaching Process – Breaking Through the Barriers

My Breaking Through the Barriers program encompasses six sessions including the initial First Coaching Session where we will identify what areas in your life you are wanting to focus on and make meaningful changes.  The following sessions 60-90 minutes can be weekly or biweekly depending on your schedule.  Life Coaching is a process that will require your full commitment.  There will be homework assigned and I will be following up weekly to keep you on track and assist you in any way I can, I am always available through email.

All sessions can be in person or conducted by phone or Skype, so it really doesn’t matter where you are, I can always make time for you!

YOGA THERAPY

What is Yoga Therapy?

Unlike a regular yoga class, a yoga therapy program is based on the individual’s needs, aiding in relief from symptoms or health conditions which are troubling.  After completing the detailed intake sheet I would design a program specific to your individual goals.  Examples include helping manage pain, fatigue, depression, and anxiety. As a yoga therapist, my focus is to harmonize and heal the body, calm the mind and soothe the soul.  My primary objective is to EMPOWER YOU to take a more active role in your own self-care and wellbeing.

PRIVATE YOGA SESSION

There are many reasons a private yoga session is worth the investment.  Perhaps you are new to yoga or wanting to deepen your practice, whatever your reason I would be happy to be your guide. 

MEDITATION

If you are new to meditation and seeking guidance in establishing a regular practice I can be of assistance.  There are numerous styles of meditation and finding the one that resonates with you is part of the process.
